Basic policy
KOKOCAL SCRIPT handles user information with care and applies this policy to the website, generators, guides, contact page, feedback page, support pages, and Google Workspace Marketplace add-ons.
Information collected
When users contact us or send feedback, we may receive the name, message, related URL, and other information included in the email body.
Google Workspace data handled by the add-on
KOKOCAL QUiCK PANEL may access the active Google Sheets, Slides, or Docs file to display the sidebar, insert values, replace selected text, write to selected cells, and read database spreadsheets chosen by the user. It may read labels in column A, attributes in column B, input values in column C, sheet names, row numbers, and related data needed for display and input features.
Stored settings
The add-on may store database display names, spreadsheet URLs or IDs, display settings, cache time, card layout, and related preferences in the target Google file, Apps Script properties, browser storage, or cache as needed to provide the feature.
Generator form data
For security-conscious data handling, spreadsheet IDs, sheet names, column names, settings, and generated scripts entered in generator forms are not saved by the service. Generated results can be saved locally as guide files or settings files when needed.
Purpose of use
Information is used for replies, confirmation, issue investigation, service improvement, abuse prevention, security responses, add-on database registration, database loading, search, display, copy, insert, settings storage, and related user-facing features.
Limited Use
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace API data is not used for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness decisions, data sale, third-party sale, or training generalized AI or machine learning models.
Cookies, analytics, and ad delivery
The site may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising services such as Google AdSense. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver ads based on prior visits to this site or other sites.
Ads, Google AdSense, and affiliate links
This site may include third-party ads such as Google AdSense, affiliate links, and product or service links to external sites such as Yahoo! Shopping. Cookies, identifiers, browsing data, click information, referrer URLs, and conversion information may be processed by advertising providers, affiliate service providers, or linked site operators for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, attribution, and optimization. Personalized ads can be managed or disabled through Google ad settings and browser cookie settings.
Third-party services and transfers
Hosting, analytics, email-related services, advertising, and affiliate measurement services may process information within the scope needed to provide, improve, and operate the service. Google Workspace API data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve visible user-facing features with consent, for security, to comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by Google's user data policies.
Retention and deletion
Contact and feedback messages may be retained as needed for response, investigation, prevention, and legal compliance. Add-on database settings and display preferences can be removed by deleting settings in the target file, uninstalling the add-on, or contacting us when applicable. Cached database data is temporary and discarded according to cache settings or system operation.
Security
We take reasonable measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, and unauthorized access. Users should not enter passwords, API keys, credentials, or confidential information.
