Report an Issue

Try reloading the browser, reloading the target file, reopening the add-on, and checking read access to the database spreadsheet.

Prepare the Google app where the issue occurred, reproduction steps, and any error message shown.

Include the Google app, steps taken, expected result, actual result, error message, and related URL when possible.

If you attach screenshots, remove personal data, customer data, and confidential information.

Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, customer lists, personal data, confidential information, or internal-only information.

Use a reproduction file that does not include personal or confidential information when possible.
